StormStock founder and cinematographer Martin Lisius has published a new book titled “The Ultimate Severe Weather Safety Guide,” which is currently available as an e-Book on Kindle and Nook, and in paperback. It is scheduled to be released on iBook, which will feature many dramatic and beautiful storm footage clips captured by Lisius.
“I wrote the book to save lives,” Lisius said. “I used the knowledge I’ve gained from being around severe weather the past 40 years, and shared it as insight for the reader. It’s not just a list of safety tips, but an in-depth explanation of how people can best protect themselves, and their families, from tornadoes, hurricanes, lightning and other hazards.”

• The new book is available now at Amazon and Barnes & Noble. The iBook will be offered in the Apple iTunes Store in August.
• In addition to the guide, Lisius has rereleased his award-winning documentary “The Chasers of Tornado Alley,” which will be available for download from the iTunes Store next week.
